Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged goods reported within 7 working days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned goods are inspected.
Custom or special orders are non-returnable unless faulty.
6. Limitation of Liability
Simply Hygiene is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
